We understand that it is a very stress full time when purchasing a home. That is why you should have your property inspected through the eyes of an impartial third party that will work in your best interest. We are responsible to you, the client, to be provided with all the information you need about defects and deficiencies about that property so you will be able to make a sound and informed decision.

As an independent Canadian company, Ontario Home Inspectors will deliver to our clients a professional report complete with digital photos, in a concise easy to read, and understandable reporting format. Depending upon the time of the inspection and the condition of the property, some inspections and reports may take longer. This is all in the best interest of our client.

We encourage all of our clients to attend the inspection if possible. The inspection will give you an opportune time to ask questions about the property and its components and how they work.
